Note: If you are calling with a referral from your child’s school regarding the Alternative to Suspension Program (ASP), please call our main office (925) 837-0505, as these intakes requires a different process.

The Intake process involves speaking with a trained professional who will ask a series of general questions to learn more about the reason for your call, ask you for some basic information (like contact details), and discuss fees.

Note: Callers must be 18 years or older to complete the intake.

After the intake process is complete, a therapist will be in touch via email or phone within two business days to arrange an initial session.   Please note that assignment process for a client with a therapist can take up to 5-7 business days.
