Reed brings warmth, curiosity, humor and a straightforward approach to all of his sessions. Having specialized in chronic illness, addiction and trauma, he recognizes the value of developing a therapeutic relationship with each client and engaging each with compassion and acceptance. Reed believes in respecting each individual’s unique healing process, allowing growth through learning new coping skills, exploring past injuries, and reframing unhealthy beliefs. His multidisciplinary approach is comprised of evidence-based practices, neuroscience and Buddhist psychology. Reed is a trained Brain Spotting provider.
