Call Us
Please call into our main line (925) 837-0505, and request to go through the intake process for individual, couples or family therapy. If we are currently able to accommodate the service(s) you are requesting, front desk staff will put you on our callback list to do an intake with you.
(Note: If you are calling with a referral from your school regarding the Alternative to Suspension Program (ASP), this is a separate process than a Clinic Intake. Please specify with the front desk if you are calling regarding the ASP.)
Intake Process
The Intake process takes about 15 minutes to complete. We’ll take your contact information, inquire why the individual(s) would like to be seen, discuss availability for appointments, and cover fee information, including an explanation of the No Surprises Act.
(Note: you must be 18 years or older to complete an Intake)
Connecting With Your Therapist
