A heartfelt thank you to the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce for bringing our community together for the 2026 Community Awards Gala, “Lights! Camera! Community!” It was a beautiful night filled with connection, celebration and recognition of so many local businesses, nonprofits and community leaders doing meaningful work throughout Danville and beyond.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another, and it was especially meaningful to share the evening with so many friends, partners and neighbors.

We are truly honored that Discovery Counseling Center was named Nonprofit of the Year and recipient of the Humanitarian Award. This recognition belongs to our entire Discovery community — our staff, clinicians, trainees, The Thrift Station Friends of Discovery volunteers, Board members, donors, supporters and everyone who has helped further our mission over the years.
