During my time as a therapist, I have worked with school aged children, adolescents in the Juvenile Justice System, adult individuals, couples and families. I have spent much of my career working in a community mental health clinic at Discovery Counseling Center with clients suffering from a variety of life’s struggles. I have taught at Diablo Valley Colleges Addiction Studies program and take a holistic and harm reduction approach to addressing addiction and substance use. My practice is informed by my life experiences and the deep healing work I have experienced personally. I have a passion for music and weightlifting for the energetic release they provide as well as the connection that the communities support.
